We stand behind CleanDeck with a full 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of the original purchase date and we will issue a complete refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Refunds apply to both Basic and Pro editions purchased directly from cleandeck.app.
  • Each customer is eligible for one refund per license. Repeat purchase-and-refund cycles are not permitted.
  • Purchases made through third-party resellers are subject to their respective refund policies.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or the email used during purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day acknowledging your request.

Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Payment & Processing

All payments are securely processed. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and the software will revert to its unlicensed state.

Please note that bank processing times vary. While we process refunds within 5–10 business days, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

  • Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be honored.
  • Licenses obtained through promotional giveaways or bundled offers may have different refund terms as specified at the time of acquisition.
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
